Group Bayport - Senior Associate - Email Marketing (3-5 yrs)
About the Role :
Designation : Associate/Senior Associate - Email Marketing
Location : Gurugram (Haryana), India.
Job Responsibilities :
- Executing day to day CRM campaigns via various mediums for promotions & engagement.
- Organizing data, segmenting users basis different techniques and targeting users.
- Setting up journey emails, adding links, testing and executing.
- Daily mailer doc submissions on CRM calendar. Planning A/B Tests and optimise campaigns.
- Setting ad hoc campaigns for Mailers, SMS, Push & WhatsApp.
- Sound knowledge of workflow journeys , segmentation, monitoring and changing the same accordingly.
- Keep track of daily registration, unsub and ensure data passing in email sending platform.
- Reviewing the content performance and campaign performance with the content & brand team. Keep updating the content team with latest trends and content optimization.
- Update the CRM dashboard, CRM overall performance dashboard and design performance dashboard.
- Fetching reports and insights whenever required
- Analyze the email data and fetch insight for promotion.
- Focus on email automation.
- Coordinate with tech, design ,cat, product and content team.
- Analyze data and share improvement steps with the team.
What we require (Desired Skills and abilities)
Skills :
- Strong execution skills - able to schedule and deliver min 20 campaigns/day.
- Strong capacity for logical thinking, quantitative ability - ability to deal with numbers is very important.
- Strong Excel skills preferred.
- Hunger for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and tools in the customer marketing space. We believe in doing cutting edge work and believe in hiring talent who believes likewise.
- Good communication skills.
Experience :
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing preferably from the ecommerce industry.
Educational Certifications : Bachelors/Masters' Degree
