Group Bayport - Account Manager - Marketing (5-10 yrs)

We are looking for a process oriented, AccountManager to join our team. This role will be responsible for gathering requirements, requests, and overseeing creative projects across the company from project inception to completion and delivery. You must have previous experience managing large volume creative projects.
To be successful in this role, you should be a strong project manager, with excellent organizational and time management skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive and know how to create, lead and implement initiatives to maximize our brand identity, with a focus on e-commerce.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with key Marketing, Brand, Tech, SEO, Content & Copy, Design, & Dev stakeholders to manage their campaign requests.
- Manage all incoming creative project & task requests and ensure stakeholders have provided all the necessary information for the task to be completed successfully.
- Liaise with all department heads regularly to ensure both a smooth workflow and accurately projecte workload.
- Work closely with senior creative management to support weekly content production.
- Set up and manage intake processes and project management platforms to help coordinate projects that require work with local and international vendors.
- Perform brand research and stay on top of current advertising trends.
- Coordinate team communication processes and status meetings.
- Execute on daily action items and bring creative options to the table.
Qualifications and Requirements :
- 5+ years experience in a similar role, preferably project manager or coordinator
- Experience with project management platforms (e.g. Monday, Wrike, JIRA)
- Understanding of Marketing concepts and Creative production with a focus on e-commerce
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written - with the ability to prepare clear and concise findings and documents.
- Go-getter and quick creative problem solving mentality
- Strong organizational, project management and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task across multiple assignments, meeting all deadlines
A team player with an ability to work collaboratively across functional internal teams and outside agencies
