Group Account Manager - Marketing - Advertising Firm (6-8 yrs)
Lead multiple project/brand(s) simultaneously, ensure optimum delivery and strong integration across the organization
- Pilot projection plans (short term and long term) with key business/ brand partners to lead and execute innovative award winning campaigns for leveraged growth of brand
- Manage and meet revenue & budgeting for all key accounts
- Heighten advertising revenue through innovative digital advertising and other monetization efforts
- Enrich client-agency relationship, effectively engage with clients, understand their digital media engagement needs and objectives, devise an imperative plan of action to ensure successful execution
- Lead the programming, management, measurement, monitoring, reporting of campaigns performance and recommend the foremost option to achieve enhanced and sustainable growth results
- Drive brainstorming sessions for generating new and innovative growth strategies
- Develop a deep understanding of the target audience to build customer personas thus identify how these different cohorts contribute to revenue
- Spearhead the content calendar, targeting the different customer personas, which entails onsite visual merchandising, social media editorial content, community management, and other online engagements
- Drive innovative yet effective content marketing strategies to aid the brand/private labels/new launches
- Oversee digital asset management and website development as deemed necessary
- Oversee management of creative process for social media-specific design assets and intervene the Creative Team efforts as required to ensure that strong marketing standard methodologies are being met
- Monitor and ensure delivery of optimum quality within designated timelines by collaborating closely with Internal /External teams
- Analyze digital assets of competitor in order to ascertain best practices and improvise implementation of similar to advantage
- Explore ALL social and digital media avenues not limited to Facebook, Instagram and Twitter but also Whatsapp, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, Tumblr, other new avenues
- Amplify the focus on fundamentals of brand's business and similarly identify new avenues to leverage brand's business growth
- Proactively identify and evaluate emerging trends, technologies and insights; provide thought leadership and perspective for optimization and adoption where appropriate
- Act as a social media liaison for all internal and external stakeholders; ensure set commercials guidelines are met
- Arbitrate to provide swift, astute and effective resolutions for scathing challenges, bottlenecks, client/customer escalations, campaign issues, etc.
- Provide tactical assistance in online/offline publishing, PR activities and case studies on frequent basis
- Determine the optimal staffing assignments in order to efficiently lead new business initiatives
