Sr Executive- CRM
Preferred candidate profile
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM Software (example-: 4QT)
- Must have outstanding customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
- Good computer skills.
- Good MIS skills
- Must have good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible Customer Satisfaction and high service quality standards
- Consistency in experience backed up by constant monitoring and necessary enhancements
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients: regular communication, responding to client inquiries and requests, and addressing any issues that arise
- Collaborating with internal teams: work closely with other internal teams, such as the sales, marketing, and customer service teams, to ensure that clients receive a seamless and positive experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Co-ordinating with the CRM Team, Manager and internal department for the process improvement & updating the MIS report.
- Attending customers who visit office with their queries to resolve and ensure 100% satisfactory with the adequate resolution to the query.
- Managing post booking customer services till delivery /possession stage.
