The person will be responsible for building distribution partnerships in North region for offline sales of Grofers Private Brands
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and build sales and distribution partnerships to enable the offline sale of Grofers private brand products
- Plan assortment and pricing strategy
- Understand customer needs and build growth strategy for acquisition and retention
- Develop relevant marketing and promotion plans for different channels
- Work across functions to build and maintain smooth operations
- Analyse performance and build for higher efficiencies in the assortment and pricing
What we require:
- 4-8 years of experience in sales and distribution of staples/FMCG brands
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
- Proficient with using excel
- Experience in managing a team
