Greytip Software - Executive - Outbound Sales (1-2 yrs)
Role and responsibilities :
- Sales
- Conversion of leads received through various stakeholders/campaigns
- Set daily sales targets for all calling sales team members and support the team to meet up the set targets
- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organisational objectives Database
- Maintain & Increase Sales Pipeline
- Maintain, build and update calling/mailing databases
- Research on different tools to increase the sales and business opportunities.
Requirements/Desired Skills :
- 1-4 year of experience in handling Inside sales/Outbound Lead Generation teams in a B2B environment with excellent communication skills, enthusiastic go-getter and willing to meet targets
- Consistent track record of achieving targets (monthly/quarterly)
- Experience in selling Software products/Services in the past preferred
- Successful candidates will have demonstrated perseverance, motivation, diligence with attention to detail
- Practical experience in a similar position advantageous
- Ability to effectively communicate in both the written and oral way
- Goal- and customer-orientation
- Previous working experience as an Outbound Sales for 1-4 years
