GreyNodes - Executive - Inside Sales (1-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead Prospecting and Rapport Building (Voice & Chat):
- Contacting and Confirming the student/parent for the demo session.
- Probing and project them about the company & it's working
- Catch them up through Mails/Calls/Chats and help them come to Demo Sessions
- Conduct the Demo Session with the assigned tutor and build a rapport
New Customer Acquisition (Voice & Chat):
- Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels (Mostly Website) through call/chat/email - Initial Calls and Follow-Ups
- Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan towards reaching the assigned goals
- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives
- Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers
- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
Customer Relationship Management (Voice & Chat):
- Understand the customer requirement and pass on the insights towards the product portfolio improvement based on customer interaction/feedback
- Key Account Management - Escalations only
- Operations and Reporting
- Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned products/geographies and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction
Idol Candidate:
- Already working in Night Shift and Understand the USA Market
- Has neutral Accent
- Extremely Good Communication
- Extremely Good Written Conversation skills over Chat and Emails
- Excellent IQ
- Comfortable over Laptops/Desktops
