Who is an Ideal Candidate?
- 2 to 5 Years of Inside Sales experience
- Available to join immediately
- Strong Thinking, Analytical, and Problem Solving skills
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
- Good track record of meeting and/or exceeding targets
- Should exhibit high levels of motivation and enthusiasm
- Engineers and IT Sales background will be a huge plus
Responsibilities :
- Looking after entire sales life cycle: starting from engaging with the large volume of well-qualified leads till the final conversion i.e. enrolment in the program.
- Handling inbound prospect calls and walk-ins
- Handling inbound chats and email queries
- Interacting with students as well as Mid and Senior-level working professionals
- Driving inquiries & admissions for the online learning programs offered for the International/Domestic Markets.
- Maintaining a constant communication channel with leads through phone, meetings, email, chat, and social media during the pre and post-sales processes.
- Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions with the leads and provide constant feedback to the Manager in order to optimize lead closure.
- Maintaining an up-to-date CRM
- Providing a seamless transition to students from inception to closure
- Achieve your monthly targets
