Grexter - Associate - Customer Service (0-3 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Taking in-bound & out-bound calls to address queries/concerns of new customers & existing tenants
2. Co-ordinating with other respective teams to resolve these concerns
3. Working with property supervisor to ensure smooth check-in & check-out
4. Assign technician to resolve issues as and when required
5. Telephonic reminders to collect payments as and when they are due
6. Follow-ups over call as and when required
7. Call tenants who are raising notice to try and retain them
Desired Candidate Profile :
1. Excellent command over English & Hindi language with the knowledge of a local language
2. Ability to handle high pressure situations with calmness and composure
3. Ability to work hard with dedication
4. Ability to co-ordinate with other teams
5. Flexibility with timings to work under rotational shifts
