Grexter - Associate - Customer Experience (0-2 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Taking in-bound and out-bound calls to address queries/concerns of new customers and existing tenants
2. Coordinating with other teams to resolve these concerns
3. Monitoring reports of Move-ins and Move-outs and calling them as scheduled
4. Working with the Property Supervisor to ensure smooth check-in and check-out
5. Assign technician to resolve issues as and when required
6. Telephonic reminder to Collect payments as and when they are due
7. Follow-ups over call as and when required
8. Call tenants who are raising notice to try and retain them
Requirements :
1. Minimum Education - Any Graduation/Diploma
2. Excellent command over the English and Hindi language
3. Ability to handle high pressure situations with calmness and composure
4. Ability to work hard with dedication
5. Ability to coordinate with other teams
6. Flexibility with timings
Salary and Perks
1. Salary - 2.5LPA to 3LPA
