- We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

- As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our company by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and expanding our customer base

- You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create and execute strategies that align with our company s goals and objectives

Responsibilities :

- Market Research and Lead Generation

- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industries, and segments for business expansion.

- Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.

- Act as a primary point of contact, addressing client inquiries and maintaining regular communication.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to client requirements.

- Highlight the value proposition and benefits of our products/services to address client pain points.

- Drive the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, goals achieved, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements :

- Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.

- Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.

- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to drive successful deal closures.
