GreenTree Global - Sales Associate (2-4 yrs)
We are looking to onboard motivated, self-driven sales professionals with relevant experience in the education sector. The selected candidate shall be responsible for carrying pre-sales activities in educational institutes for creating awareness about GT Academy activities & generating a database of interested students. He/she shall also work towards building partnerships with corporate clientele and alliances with various industry organizations. He/she shall possess excellent communication and networking skills. Prior exposure to sales at college level shall be preferred but not mandatory. Local/Outstation Travel may be involved as required.
Key areas of responsibility:
1. Generate a list of prospective clients, reach out to the clients to understand their current hiring requirements
2. Understand the hiring processes of various organizations & liaison with HR departments to identify the pain points/unmet needs
3. Build Network with various industrial associations, certification bodies and develop partnerships with them for driving joint e-learning initiatives
4. Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new offerings and service improvements
5. Identifying improvements in service offerings by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
6. Maintain, build and update calling/mailing databases. Research on different tools to increase the sales or business opportunities.
