Greentern Consulting - Business Development Associate (1-3 yrs)

About Role:
We are looking for a compelling sales personality and a result-oriented business development associate who would be involved in prospecting, discovering and bringing new opportunities for Greentern and its clients. He/She will have to understand Greentern and it's clients offering, problems solved, relevant industries and client profile and the best pitch needed to get prospects interested and manage the relationship from there on till a deal is closed. In this role, you will be closely working with marketing and sales head and coordinate with marketing/ inside sales/ presales/ partner teams.

Responsibilities:
1. Clearly understand product/solution and its features, ideal client profile, documenting key selling points and create a pitch for the reach out and fine tune, correct and improve the same through out the journey
2. Prospect and plan for the market reach out and research about the prospects to connect better and convert to opportunity
3. Ensure all channels to reach out and properly utilized within the bounds of brand and company guidelines and meetings are generated for the products assigned
4. Ensure monthly targets are met and signed off as per the plan
5. Be organized and data driven with all documentation and trackers and the relevant dashboards and analytics and properly maintained
6. Be an integral anchor with regional and central teams in managing the deal progress and ensure timelines are met for all requirements related to sales funnel progress
7. Coordinate with demand generation and inside sales team on all marketing initiatives and share relevant feedback
8. Constantly hunt for new opportunities from the established network
Qualifications:
1. 1-3 years of relevant work experience in business development or sales for Software/IT/ITES organizations
2. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
3. Hands on experience in managing multiple opportunities, meetings, clients, deals at the same time
4. Comfortable using sales automation platforms, MS word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and CRM
5. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
6. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
7. Proficient in written and spoken English
