About Role :

- We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented demand generation associate for our marketing team where you would be involved in identifying and activating demand channels, manage demand generation activities, engage and nurture leads and build the sales pipeline.


- You would be responsible for growth marketing with two-fold objective ensure the top of funnel target is achieved and ensuring quality meetings happen on time with high conversion rate. In this role, you will be closely working with marketing head and coordinate with marketing /sales/presales/partner teams.

A successful candidate will be :

- Highly analytical, has relentlessly high standards and strongly oriented towards results

- Structured, logical, data driven, can-do attitude, handle and motivate different teams to get things done

- Good communication and interpersonal skills, problem solver and able to work under minimum supervision

- Negotiate on the scope of the problem and help in taking faster decisions through business understanding

Responsibilities :

- Closely work with the head of marketing on designing, planning, managing, and optimizing multiple demand generation channels to generate pipeline.

- Lead and manage the demand generation engines using various marketing activities - email marketing, client database management, campaign planning, webinars, SEO, paid marketing, etc. to drive the top of the funnel, sales pipeline and engagement plan with potential leads

- Creating impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities - and manage the pipeline by constant lead nurturing and engagement activities which include email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns and effective tracking

- Collaborate with and manage different demand generation partners and review progress and performance and devise plan of action on a periodic basis

- Monitoring and reporting campaign performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs, including no of quality leads generated, meetings scheduled, initial sales conversations and results

- Identify prospects needs and suggest appropriate products/services and build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities

- Overseeing vendor selection and contracts as needed - constant monitoring of performance and deliverables

- Develop, report, and continually improve business performance metrics

Basic Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree

- 0-3 years of relevant work experience for SAAS or B2B Tech business

- Good communication and inter-personal skills

- Knowledge of email marketing automation, campaign tools and B2B lead generation techniques is a plus
