We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled business development executive to join our fast-growing team at GreenPista. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, driving revenue, and bringing new opportunities for our business growth.
Objective of this role:-
- Identify and evaluate potential sales leads through networking and online research.
- Communicate effectively to foster relationships with new and existing Customers.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build a deep understanding of our products and present them effectively to customers.
Responsibilities:-
- Respond promptly to any issues that directly affect sales.
- Directly oversee the growth of assigned markets and clients.
- Represent the company to customers.
- Track and analyses sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Achieve monthly sales targets with demonstrable key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Present monthly and quarterly sales reports to senior board members.
Required skills and qualifications:-
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales or a related field.
- 0.6 - 1Year of experience in sales or business development roles.
- Fresher's can also apply.
- Proficiency in Tamil or English Languages is mandatory.
- Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Adept in networking, project management and problem-solving.
- Possess strong creative and strategic thinking skills to develop effective sales strategies through delegation, prioritization and execution for business growth.
