Greechat - Live Chat Support Role - Australian Chat Process (1-8 yrs)
We are now hiring Live Chat Support agents (work from home role) for a well-established and growing Live Chat company headquartered in Sydney, Australia, to join our expanding team.
Please Note :
- We can ONLY hire candidates, who are good in English communication skills-
- Salaries will vary based on experience level-
- Communicating with the customers through high-quality live chats to answer the questions, solve issues and troubleshoot.
- Handling multiple chat requests without compromising quality
- Proactively engage with visitors on the website and provide quick support.
- To quickly identify the pain points and drill down the source of an issue.
- Candidate should have a high-speed internet connection and a laptop with high computer specs.
