Position: Community Manager- Sponsorship and Sales

The Community Manager - Partnerships and Sales role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about building strong partnerships, driving sponsorships, and enhancing community engagement. The role involves working closely with corporate sponsors, event partners, and key stakeholders to maximize the reach and impact of Great Manager Institute- events and initiatives. It requires entrepreneurial thinking, strategic planning, and strong relationship management skills to build and sustain long-term partnerships.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Drive sponsorship sales and secure corporate partnerships.

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners.

- Develop sponsorship proposals and pricing models.

- Oversee execution of sponsorship deliverables.

- Align partnerships with business objectives.

- Track sponsorship ROI and analyze industry trends.

- Collaborate with the marketing team for outreach initiatives.

- Engage in cold calling and direct outreach to identify potential sponsors.

- Leverage industry connections to drive partnership opportunities.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- 2-7 years in partnerships, sponsorship sales, or business development.

- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and strategic thinking skills.

- Experience in high-growth startups or event sponsorship is a plus.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
