What You Will Do:

- Develop and nurture a premier leadership network with a compelling value proposition

- Plan and execute impactful offline events, including Conclaves, Summits, and local meetups

- Implement strategic initiatives to keep the community active and growing

- Build lasting relationships with members, speakers, partners, and sponsors

- Ensure seamless delivery of sponsor visibility and commitments

- Lead delegate sales to maximize attendance and create buzz around events

- Collaborate with internal teams to elevate the community brand and member experiences
