Great Learning - Senior Executive - Online Reputation Management (1-5 yrs)
Job Description As a part of the Brand Marketing team, you will be driving the company's ORM mandate to build a positive image for the brand, and to ensure that were actively participating in relevant conversations online. Your responsibilities will include -
- Manage the brands reputation on Social Media by monitoring and addressing queries & complaints
- Nurture an organic pipeline of prospective customers through meaningful interactions on social media
- Build a positive sentiment about the brand through course reviews, ratings on relevant platforms
- Give the brand a voice and direct consumer connect by answering existing questions and seeding new ones on discussion boards like Quora, FB groups, LinkedIn groups
Ideal candidate profile :
- 1-2 years experience as an ORM manager/Community manager for well known B2C brands
- Hands-on experience of working with social listening tools like Buzzsumo, Meltwater etc.
- Meticulous and process oriented working style
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
