Great Learning - Search Engine Optimization Specialist (4-6 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Planning, creation, execution, tracking, reporting of email marketing campaigns.
- Email campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns.
- Create strategies and roadmap for email marketing to drive increased conversion, and improved engagement
- Design templates and plan content strategy for emails.
- Proactively monitor marketing metrics (open rates / click-through / deliverability / etc.) and provide analysis of email campaigns and recommendations for enhancing the effectiveness
- Develop deep understanding of customers and build customer targeting, segmentation, and communication strategies to maximize the conversion rate, cross sell purchase rate.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, product teams to develop engaging and revenue driving communications.
Desired Skills :
- Willingness to learn and attention to detail
- Should have proficiency in at least one of the Marketing Automation tools
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing email marketing & database building strategies
- Experience with at least one CRM tool such as Salesforce, Leadsquared, Hubspot, etc is needed
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising email campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Ability to Create High Performing Email Messaging and Subject Lines to ensure maximum performance.
- Strong knowledge of Email Drip Marketing, Automation and Email testing tools
- Awareness of the latest trends and best practices in email marketing and measurement.
