Great Learning - Manager - Performance Marketing (8-12 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage team of 2-4 Performance Marketing professionals across the geography and get into ground level to perform the task and achieve the business goal.
- Execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting across all platforms, and other facets of paid search in accordance with business goals
- Own end-to-end execution, measurement, reporting and optimization of Facebook, Linkedin and Google campaigns with goals to increase leads.
- Build the digital marketing roadmap across performance marketing, content marketing for paid campaigns, digitization of various touch points across the consumer journey, effective creative and communication strategy and consumer outreach and omni channel approach.
- Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy and plans, based on organizational objectives and market characteristics.
- Plan and manage the marketing budget and deliver marketing activity within the agreed budget.
- Proactively communicate insights, performance, and deviations to management team.
- Evaluate market segment trends, product demand assessment, competitors benchmarking and profiling to strategize marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point Manage, optimize, and expand programs for all performance marketing channels to maximize the profitability of the performance marketing spend
- Develop vendor relationships to access best practices; work closely with existing vendors to ensure quality advice and guidance.
Requirements :
- Deep understanding and experience across performance marketing channels, demonstrating depth and breadth of strategic and tactical knowledge of how different performance marketing channels can drive customer and business goals
- Deep understanding and experience in using data across channels to build customer centric, cross channel strategies
- Expert knowledge of marketing tools, Google analytics, CRM tools and performance marketing best practices
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with experience managing teams remotely and working successfully cross functionality.
- High awareness with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Comfort working in a fast paced and dynamic environment where prioritizing is essential.
- Experience in EdTech is an advantage
