Great Learning - Content Specialist - Marketing (2-4 yrs)
Primary Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):
- Create compelling digital communications that increase our web presence/nurtures our user base.
- Work on a strategy to improve/create marketing and sales collaterals
- Research and create content for the Blog, Newsletter, Email, and Whitepapers/eBooks, each month to drive leads and awareness to the programs
- Collaborate and work closely with cross-functional teams like Sales, Operations, Design, Product, etc. and translate business requirements into nurturing content
- Ensure program content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels s including online, social, email, mobile, and video
- Measure performance of content marketing activities and share insights with the larger team
- Develop editorial calendar, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met
Desired candidate profile :
- Bachelor's degree in Communications/Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences
- Experience in creating various types of content and growing a database/audience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities while maintaining focus on details, execution, and results
- A passion for growing emerging brands with huge potential.
- Experience in building audiences, exposure to an international audience is a plus
