Great Learning - Associate - Performance Marketing (2-7 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Setup and manage paid campaigns on Facebook, Linkedin and other channels
- Regular monitoring and optimization of the campaigns
- Co-ordinate with the content and design team for the preparation of Marketing Collaterals
- Manage new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of paid marketing initiatives
- Build long term digital assets such as organic search engine ranking, lookalike/remarketing audience, exclusion list, audiences and high-performance creatives etc.
- Analyze competitor ads on all platforms at a regular basis to derive and present insights and execute suggestions for improvement in existing ad campaigns.
- Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
Requirements :
- Must have channel expertise and thought leadership when it comes to paid digital marketing, marketing tech and its best practices.
- Good expertise in optimizing campaigns within Facebook, Linkedin and other social media channels
- Data-driven and result oriented - can both analyze a marketing funnel to size different growth opportunities, build tests to measure impact, and synthesize complex results into actionable recommendations for senior executives.
- Good knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends)
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Comfort working in a fast paced and dynamic environment where prioritizing is highly essential.
