Business Development Intern
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Developing and maintaining active interpersonal relationships with executive-level prospects and clients.
2. Conducting desktop research, or gathering information through surveys or by speaking to clients.
3. You will work with our various partners spread all across the supply chain financing ecosystem including banks, insurance firms, to find opportunities for meaningful, mutually-beneficial collaborations.
4. Liaising with clients, vendors, and suppliers on behalf of the company's managers.
5. Being a business development intern, you will work with the core team to prospect, engage and close corporate anchors to whom our solution will be most meaningful.
6. Assisting in the entire sales cycle discovery, contacting, qualifying, product presentation(s), contract and pricing negotiations and implementation.
You are the right fit if you have/are :
1. Pursuing MBA or any relevant program.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Curiosity to learn and a sense of comfort with uncertain contexts that are evolving rapidly.
5. Ability to develop a solid understanding of financial products and services.
6. Ability to stay organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and highly motivated.
7. Prior experience in working with CRMs is a plus.
