GRC Stack - Executive/Manager - Customer Success (3-9 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :
- Own overall relationship with assigned clients
- Ensure smooth fulfilment of services by communicating with customers and partner coaches at each step of the delivery process
- Assist coaches and customers with onboarding on the platform
- Seek, process, and execute client requests
- Follow-up with customers and partner coaches to take feedback
- Assist with regular partner coach engagement
- Create and maintain reports for customer/coach requests, order fulfilment, etc.
- Assist with data management and analytics for the business
- Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients/coaches
Key Requirements :
- Must have 3-8 years of experience in a client engagement, client servicing, or business development role
- Experience in L&D or training in or HR industry will be a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong creative and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
- A great - Can do- attitude."
