Primary skills:
- To manage the internal sales process, focusing on selling products via email, and other digital communication channels rather than face-to-face interactions.
- Ability to demonstrate product & service offerings.
- Adding advantage with sap sales experience.
- Good Experience IT Product Selling and Strong communication skills, Specialized in MBA.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Acquire in depth understanding of assigned product/services, value proposition and competition.
- Should be well versed with Global market Proficient in Market Research.
- Continuously investing in learning about target industries, their challenges and opportunities to pitch.
- Own and manage specific industries, assigned target databases to build and manage pipelines.
- Effectively follow & listen to industry thought leaders, experts, prospects in target industries.
- Maintain business communication and tasks on CRM to be more efficient and enable reporting easier.
- Ability to demonstrate product & service offerings.
- Work closely with the team lead, provide feedback on customer requirements, relevance of content etc.
- Nurturing the leads by educating them about the benefits of the product and advising prospects on suitable product selection based on their requirement.
- Continuous improvement on conversion rates by upselling, cross-selling, and understanding product-prospect fit.
- Should know how to use social media and other tools for lead generation
- Background in Inside Sales for Enterprise level products Cold calling in order to create interest in products and services
- Generate new business leads and arrange meetings.
- Data Base generation through LinkedIn and similar websites
- Identifying and developing new business through networking and courtesy and follow-up calls
- Meeting sales targets set by managers and contributing to team targets.
