Job Title: Group Product Manager - Cardio-Diabetic

Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary:

The Group Product Manager will oversee the strategic planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies for our cardio-diabetic product portfolio. This role requires an in-depth understanding of the cardio-diabetic market, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and meet company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize market share, profitability, and revenue growth for the cardio-diabetic product portfolio.

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape in the cardio-diabetic sector.

Product Development: Collaborate with R&D and regulatory teams to guide the development of new products and enhancements to existing ones.

Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute effective marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.

Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to provide training, tools, and support to drive product adoption and sales performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams, including medical, regulatory, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and successful execution of product strategies.

Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget for the cardio-diabetic portfolio, ensuring efficient resource allocation and ROI.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, KOLs, and industry partners.

Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- Minimum of 7-12 years of experience in product management of Cardio-Diabetic Therapy.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Proficiency in market analysis and data-driven decision-making.

- Experience with digital marketing and CRM tools is a plus.
