Grasshoppers - Senior Client Servicing Specialist (2-5 yrs)
Location : New Delhi (Lajpat Nagar 3)
We are looking for a dynamic professional in the Client Servicing department with a background and knowledge of the advertising industry. She/He should have good communication skills and English speaking. Prior experience in handling clients would be preferred.
Education/Qualification : PG in Advertising Mass Communication
Experience : 2-5 years
Role & Responsibilities :
1. Should be able to handle Clients independently.
2. Understand the brief and coordinate with the creative team.
3. Should be able to manage clients and vendors at the same time.
4. Keep up the client deadlines and the quality of work.
5. Create design specification documents and write effective briefs.
6. Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
7. Cross-sell, upsell, and pitch to new clients whenever there is an opportunity
8. Passion for Advertising (ideally a must) would be a bonus!
