Grasshoppers - Art Director (3-6 yrs)

We are looking for a Graphic Designer from the advertising industry, who can :
- Comprehend client briefs, come up with creative ideas, design all kinds of print and digital creative requirements
- Work on print media collateral
- Engage in pro-active discussions with client servicing team on creative approaches
- Make necessary changes, improvise on designs and adapt to changing requirements
- Understand design principles, color & typography effectively across all deliverables
- Maintain best practices and design methods
- Have a professional approach to time and quality of work and work within deadlines
- Have a proactive mindset, professional team player and handle job responsibilities independently
- Work closely with Creative/Art Directors and Project Managers
Experience : At least 3-6 years in an advertising agency of repute
Qualification : BFA or MFA would be preferred
