Key Responsibilities:

Design Creation : Produce high-quality visuals, including social media graphics, infographics, presentations, and marketing materials that align with our brand identity.

Brand Consistency : Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual content.

Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts that support campaigns and messaging goals.

Illustration & Animation (Preferred) : Design custom illustrations or simple animations for social media or other digital platforms.

Project Management : Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.

Qualifications :

Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

Experience : 2-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within mission-driven organizations.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.

- Familiarity with Figma or Canva for collaborative design work.

- Knowledge of animation tools (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.

Soft Skills: Strong creative vision, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
