Job Summary : 

An opportunity to be part of the founding team of Outcome,a start up organization in the MarTech space. The position will report into the head of Outcome and closely work on contributing and executing the strategy and vision of the organization. Client is on the look out for a graphic designer who can join their team to get their client's message across with high visual impact. You will be required to form excellent relationships with key stakeholders.
 
Responsibilities and Duties : 

The person will :

- Assist Outcome head to formulate and pitch concepts to clients

- Develop, design and produce graphic art that satisfies a creative brief

- Design online collaterals such as EDMs, banner ads, posters, standees, etc

- Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts

- Meet tight deadlines and stay within budget

- May manage budget, including invoicing, tracking project expenditures and assisting in budget development by summarizing, researching and analyzing past project expenditures

- Constantly update oneself of industry norms and trends in order to produce the most effective and persuasive work possible
 
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications : 

The person should have :

- Bachelors or equivalent degree in Graphic Design or related discipline

- 0-2 years work experience in an agency or marketing services firm.

- Content marketing exposure is a must- designing whitepapers (content will be provided), research reports, etc.

- Exposure to digital marketing campaigns would be a plus

- Proficiency working in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).

- Experience with video editing is a plus.

- Familiarity with HTML/CSS/Javascript is a plus
