Graphic Designer - Wedding/Printing (4-5 yrs)
The Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in managing and executing creative projects, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams, and delivering high-quality designs. The ideal candidate will lead the design process, act as a coordinator for the design team, and ensure all design initiatives align with organizational goals.
Job Description:
Creative Development:
- Develop new designs based on inputs from the client or Management.
- Translate concepts into visually appealing graphics and layouts.
- Share and circulate designs with the design team for feedback and implementation.
Team Coordination:
- Serve as a design coordinator, providing guidance and leadership to the design team.
- Oversee the work of the design team to ensure quality and alignment with project objectives.
Collaboration with Other Departments:
- Coordinate with the sampling and production teams to ensure accurate and efficient creation of artworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and maintain consistency in designs.
Project Oversight:
- Oversee all design projects from the initial concept phase to final delivery.
- Monitor timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines by following up with team members.
- Facilitate teamwork to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Photography Assistance:
- Assist in product photography to ensure high-quality visuals for marketing and production purposes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or course in a similar field would be preferred.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with team coordination responsibilities.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Strong creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:
Fixed CTC would be 50,000/-. For exceptional candidates, the compensation can be looked at on a case-to-case basis.
