Graphic Designer & Video Editor (0-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually appealing social media posts and banners using Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, & Corel Draw and Canva.
- Create and edit engaging animated videos and other motion graphics for social media and YouTube.
- Perform video editing for YouTube and social media content, ensuring high-quality production standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and create visually engaging content in line with brand guidelines.
- Assist in brainstorming and conceptualizing ideas for video content that drives audience engagement.
- Maintain project deadlines and deliver high-quality work on time.
- Should be flexible to work in odd hours as per requirement
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Photoshop, AI, & Corel Draw and Canva for creating social media graphics.
- Strong understanding of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
- Experience in creating animated videos and motion graphics for social media.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver creative designs that meet project requirements.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to take feedback and improve based on constructive criticism.
- A portfolio of work showcasing both graphic design and video editing/animation projects.
Bonus Skills (Optional):
- Knowledge of other design and animation tools like After Effects, Figma, or Illustrator.
- Experience with video and content creation for YouTube, Instagram Reels, or other social media platforms.
- Understanding of social media trends and content that engages online audiences.
