Graphic Designer - SaaS Firm (3-6 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with the marketing team(s) to understand design requirements and objectives

- Develop a consistent visual language to align with the brand(s), target audience, channels and goals

- Create, maintain and update design assets, including graphics, icons, templates, guidelines

- Participate in reviews, provide/incorporate feedback and drive consistent iterations

- Work with external partners including event organisers, media platforms and others to deliver requirements

- Stay updated with, and then implement the latest design and user behavioral trends

Scope of Work :

- Organic social media posts for awareness and engagement

- Website banners and layouts for consistent user experience

- Landing pages to effectively communicate our message and drive conversion rates

- Digital advertisements and banners for acquisition and retention

- Event design requirements including booth design and collaterals

Required skills (must-have) :

- Proficient in relevant design software like Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma

- 3+ years of working experience with a portfolio of work to showcase your skills

- Past experience with both digital and print media

- Collaborative with strong partnering skills and ability to prioritize multiple competing demands

- Sound project management skills

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications or any other Art related degree

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Past experience is B2B SaaS would be an advantage
