Our client is a recruiting marketplace that they are trying to build in, where they plan to give opportunities to Freelance independent recruiters and smaller recruiting firms who are looking at starting or restarting their careers being in any part of the world.
The Job
- Our client is looking for a highly creative graphic designer who can take conceptual ideas and create visual representations, both in print and digital forms.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing creative ideas based on the creative brief received for online and offline campaigns.
- Designing principles and processes such as color theories, typography, photographic selection etc.
- Developing illustrations, logos and other designs using software such as AI, Corel, Photoshop, etc.
- Working on Website UI/UX, Mailers, Social Media Post, Brochures, Print Ads, Leaflets, Packaging, Logo Design, Stationery, etc.
- Using trend intelligence and an understanding of the current and historical business and market to design and execute specific classifications.
- Working with copywriters and creative director to produce final design.
- Ensuring final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
Ideal Candidate
-You have a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- You have a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
- You have degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus.
- You have 5-9 years proven graphic designing experience in agency.
