Graphic Designer - Mens Grooming Product (3-5 yrs)
Our client is a New Delhi based D2C men's grooming company whose portfolio includes shampoo, face wash, beard oil, hair oil, among others. These products are made from world-class ingredients without any harmful chemicals such as sulphates and parabens.

- It currently has more than 15,000 outlets across the country in traditional general trade as well as regional modern trade. It is also present in countries like Indonesia, Malaysia, Middle East and USA.
- As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing artwork and designs for various purposes, including websites, social media, sales initiatives, offline advertising, in-store graphics, POS materials, catalogues, and advertising campaigns.
What you will do :
- Developing and executing graphic design projects according to the provided briefs and specifications
- Collaborating with senior designers and team leaders to create artwork for various purposes, such as retail sales collaterals, social media/website creatives, and packaging design
- Maintaining brand guidelines and promptly communicating any concerns or issues to the relevant Head of Department or Team Leaders
- Ensuring that all projects are completed within the given specifications and deadlines
- Utilizing design software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom, to create high-quality designs
- Demonstrating an in-depth understanding of design principles, composition, color theory, typography, and layout
- Applying knowledge of print design and color output in various formats
- Using creativity and innovation to develop visually appealing and engaging designs
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design
What you need to have :
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma or Certificate in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in creating graphics for print advertising
- Experience in an ad agency and worked on FMCG brands is preferred but not mandatory
- Demonstrated experience in working on live projects and a strong understanding of print design processes
- Proficiency in using design software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom
- Familiarity with InDesign, After Effects, and Premier Pro is a plus
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work and a keen eye for detail
- Excellent understanding of design principles, composition, color theory, typography, and layout
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate design ideas
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
