- Our client is seeking a creative designer who can bring ideas to life. As a Graphic designer, you'll be working closely with their marketing team to understand requirements and will be expected to conceptualize discussions in an appealing manner to enhance our client's branding and online presence.

- Their ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and relevant skills, the graphic designer should be able to take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects.

The Job :

Your responsibilities will include :

- Working on a wide range of projects and media, using various computer software to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals.

- Obtaining input from management, ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately.

- Working independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with the marketing team, meeting deadlines and scheduling project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects.

- Examining existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions to improve design capabilities.

- Aiding in marketing campaigns and brainstorm ideas with the team.

- Designing and perfect Pitch/Corporate/presentation decks from a branding perspective.

- Ensuring that branding is consistent, with good recall value across all channels.

- Creating posters, banners, brochures, and branding material with required artwork as and when the need arises.

- Designing eye-catching artwork/ producing compelling graphics to be posted across our social handles (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

Ideal Candidate :

- You have exceptional creativity and innovative design skills

- You have a good understanding of the B2C space, particularly in the retail domain.

- You have 3+ years' experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc.

- You have proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work

- You have excellent communication and presentation skills

- You have Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, or similar discipline (optional)

- You have organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Agency Experience will be Add-on.
