Job Description: Graphic Designer

Location: Bangalore

Position: Full-Time, Office-Based

Responsibilities :

Design Adherence : Understand and follow design guidelines specific to our company and clients to ensure consistency and quality.

Design Delivery : Produce high-quality design assets for the Sales and Client Management teams, ensuring timely delivery.

Content Creation : Develop engaging visual content, such as activities, quizzes, and communications that align with health and wellness themes.

Graphic Design : Conceptualize, design, and implement graphics for various products and services within the health and wellness sector.

Video Editing : Perform basic video editing tasks to enhance visual content.

Client Interaction : Propose and discuss actionable design ideas during client interactions, maintaining clear communication throughout the project.

Flexibility and Patience : Demonstrate patience and flexibility for multiple design revisions and edits as required.

Proactive Approach : Bring a proactive attitude and a good sense of humor to contribute positively to the team and project environment.

Skills, Knowledge, and Attitude :

Design Software Proficiency : Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign, as well as 3DMax and SketchUp.

Video Editing : Capable of performing basic video editing tasks.

UI/UX Understanding : Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles (not mandatory but a plus).

Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Creativity and Innovation : Ability to generate and propose innovative design ideas quickly.

Attitude : Proactive, adaptable, and able to work well with a sense of humor.
