We are looking for a full-time Creative Graphic Designer to join our design team to support our clients and our internal marketing efforts.

About the role :

- You will spearhead exciting projects from creating brand identities to design initiatives for social media and websites.

- Responsible for visualizing, conceptualizing, executing and overseeing projects to provide innovative solutions.

- Supervise and direct a team of graphic designers

- Ensure clear and accurate communication with the team to oversee the overall quality of artistic outputs.

- Pitching new business opportunities is a large part of what we do; You will create decks that visually excite and get prospective clients wanting to work with us.

- Support our development team by applying design styles across websites and apps.

- Constantly explore, assess, and incorporate new marketing communication technologies both within the agency and for client projects.

Desired Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

- At least 1 year of full-time agency experience in graphic design in a leading advertising/social media agency.

- We are ready to consider freshers provided you have completed a Master/bachelor's in design/graphic design/Applied Arts or a degree related to design from a reputed institute and have at least 6 months of relevant internship experience after course completion.

- Proven ability to craft big ideas and transform, develop significant concepts and transform ordinary briefs into captivating campaigns.

- Demonstrate effective communication skills to present and rationalize creative choices.

- Proficient and Strong in ideation & execution

- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise

- Have a creative flair and be comfortable adapting style to appeal to youth-orientated brands and more professional audiences.

- Extensive knowledge and understanding of branding and brand identity design.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign & Figma.

- The ability to work on animation software, Motion graphics & video editing is a plus.

- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

- Copy-writing/editing skills and experience will be considered a plus.

- Willing to work from the office and commute to our office located at Andheri West, Mumbai on a regular basis

We work from Andheri West, Mumbai, from 10.30 AM to 7.30 PM IST with alternate Saturdays off.
