Graphic Designer (4-5 yrs)
- A talented graphic designer who can take concepts and ideas and create visual representations, in both print and electronic media.
- The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable.
- Collaborating with multiple teams across the company, the graphic designer should be able to take written or spoken ideas and convert them into a design that connects.
- The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing and be able to find the right style and layout for every project.
- This role encompasses collaborating and strategizing with diverse teams and clients on a wide array of marketing materials, from logos and brochures to infographics, social media graphics, email campaigns, presentations, internal communications, newsletters, and more.
- The designer will translate strategic direction into high-quality designs that adhere to established brand identities.
- This involves developing concepts, whether by hand or using design software, and executing original content by carefully selecting color palettes, typography, imagery, and layout.
- The position also includes managing the design and upload process for all project materials, adhering to best practices for content management systems.
- Finally, the designer will leverage trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets to inform their design choices and execute specific classifications effectively.
- Should have a strong command over English and be an expert with Adobe CC. A good exposure to Corporate communications is a plus. Exposure to motion graphics. Deep knowledge of current design trends.
- This role requires exceptional creativity and innovative design skills, along with a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or a related discipline.
- The ideal candidate should have four or more years of experience, preferably within a creative or marketing agency.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, as are strong organizational and time-management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines effectively.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development through education and training is also highly desired.
