Graphic Designer (3-6 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials, including social media posts, website banners, brochures, sales collaterals, ATL, BTL campaigns, and advertisements.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and maintain a high level of quality and creativity.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design strategies.
- Provide support in the design and execution of presentations and pitch materials.
- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary design adjustments.
- Contribute ideas and creative input to enhance overall design concepts and strategies.
Requirements :
- Proven experience of 3-4 years as a Graphic Designer, specializing in branding, ATL creatives, visual design, and social media.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is an added advantage.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative design projects.
- Ability to create visually stunning and engaging graphics that align with brand aesthetics and appeal to the target audience.
- Familiarity with graphic & video requirements, formats, and best practices for various social media platforms.
- A knowledge of photography & production is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality designs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred but not required.
- An Agency experience or experience with D2C brands is good to have.
