Graphic Designer (3-5 yrs)
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a "figure it out" mentality to join our graphics division of static assets (like images, banners, logos etc.) for the ads. The ideal candidate is expected to have a hands-on proven track record in handling the scripts, theme and designing of the graphics with a command over all the necessary software's and tools required for the job.
Responsibilities:
1. Creativity: Oversee the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes by developing & maintaining design standards, guidelines, and best practices
2. Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging techniques to transform creatives as per the market needs
Qualifications:
1. Experience of 3+ years in graphic designing preferably for an e-com, gaming or social apps
2. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
3. Excellent communication as well as design skills (particularly static creatives like images, banners, logos etc.) with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and strategies to both internal teams and external clients
4. Good analytical skills with a proven ability to translate data into actionable strategies
5. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation
