Graphic Designer (2-6 yrs)

Job Summary

As a Graphic Designer at Jobtrix, you will be a key member of our Creative Design team, responsible for translating creative concepts into visually appealing and effective designs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality visual assets that align with our brand guidelines and elevate the overall aesthetic of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conceptualize and Design: Develop creative concepts and design solutions for a variety of projects, including but not limited to branding, marketing collateral, social media graphics, and digital assets.

2. Brand Alignment: Ensure all design work aligns with and reinforces the brand identity, maintaining consistency across various platforms.

3. Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative Director, marketing team, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

4. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets.

5. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the team.

6. Feedback Integration: Actively participate in feedback sessions, incorporating constructive criticism to refine and improve design work.

Qualifications and Skills :

1. Education : Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience

3. Portfolio : A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and a keen eye for detail.

4. Software Proficiency : Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools.

5. Communication : Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain design ideas clearly.

6. Creativity : Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to bring innovative ideas to the table.

7. Adaptability : Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.

8. Collaboration : Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior team members.
