Graphic Designer (1-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Developing design briefs that suit the Institutional purpose
- Work with copywriters and Branding Manager to produce the final design
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
- Get it Proofread by Content Writer to avoid content errors
Requirements :
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as CorelDraw, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Passion and enthusiasm for design, with a creative flair
- A flexible approach when working in a team
- Time management skills and the ability to cope with several projects at once
- Accuracy and attention to detail when finalizing designs
- Being open to feedback and willing to make changes to your designs
- Effective networking skills to build contacts
