Graphic Designer (1-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and design various materials for print and digital media
- Understanding the diverse types of assets- like social media creatives, infographics, whitepapers, guides, internal comms assets, website creatives, proposals, presentations, brochures, event collaterals, and creating designs to match the requirement of each asset.
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications
- Establish creative direction for the company as well as set brand guidelines for others to follow
Design Style Requirement:
- Should have a clean style with a minimalistic approach in terms of design elements
- Must send his/her portfolio of work covering a wide range of creative projects
Desired Skills & Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design in B2B IT or advertising.
- Should have a fair grasp of - written US English- so that he/she could catch any grammatical mistakes in his/her creatives.
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web, along with video editing and storyboarding
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite, FilmoraPro/ Adobe Premiere, Figma, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design plus design handoff software
- Strong analytical ability with an eye for detail.
- Ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems.
