Graphic Designer (0-5 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Create designs and layouts across both print and digital mediums
- Responsible for conceptualizing and executing all things designed for print, digital, social and events
- Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time
- Provide innovative, user-centered, information and visual design recommendations that contribute to an enhanced user experience for the million's of users.
- Working with a wide range of media
- Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
- Working on multiple assets for social and digital
- Maintain consistency in branding and ensure all designs align with company standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends and tools to create innovative designs.
- Bridging the gap between design and development to create visually appealing and technically proficient sites.
- Coordinating with the senior subordinates for design approvals
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
