Graphic Designer (0-1 yrs)
Designer Responsibilities:
Collaborating and brainstorming with the creative team to define design briefs and requirements.
1. Researching concepts, designs, reference material, and similar work.
2. Rendering and presenting design mockups for revision and feedback.
3. Implementing feedback revision and creating final designs for printing.
4. Reviewing and proofreading designs to ensure that copy, layout, and dimensions are print-ready.
5. Overseeing the printing process to ensure color quality and consistency.
6. Managing the timelines and workflow of print design projects.
7. Communicating updates, feedback, and issues with the clients, managers, and the creative team.
8. Experience in producing a range of printed materials
9. Maintaining the brand's consistency across all designs and printed materials.
10. Keeping up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and printing standards.
Designer Requirements :
1. Bachelors degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related field.
2. A strong portfolio of print design work.
3. Proficiency in design software such as CDR, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
4. Experience of 0-1 years in the industry
5. Good understanding of layouts and all the fundamental design principles
6. Experience in producing a range of printed materials including catalogs, textile prints, and magazine designs.
7. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
8. The ability to manage multiple design projects and perform under pressure.
9. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
10. Willingness to learn new design software and techniques.
11. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
12. Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
