Role/ Designation: Graphic Design Lead

Job Description: We are looking for the Graphic Design Lead, who will be responsible for with all the latest designing for print, social, web, app as per the business required.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the internal creative team, and external creative agencies and freelancers, throughout the entire creative process formulating strategic value to projects. This role would shine at being a strategist, a leader, a mentor and a passionate design professional.

- Develop strategic plans for creative concepts and manage, through Art Director and Senior Manager of Web Production, the production of a wide range of offline/online initiatives. Work with Art Director and Senior Manager of Web Production to support and implement the best possible production processes.

- Work with other department leads (VP of Marketing, VP of Merchandising, VP of Technology, as examples) to define and refine our evolving brand identity through creative projects.

- Set product and lifestyle photography direction and provide creative direction on all internal and external photo and video shoots.

- Develop and manage Creative Team budget as well as team career-pathing.

- Strong management skill with a history of collaboration across business divisions.

Requirements:

- 2 to 5 years- experience as a creative designer in a direct response environment, developing online and offline creatives.

-Skills: Sketching, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office and has worked on content conversion in various languages.

- History of producing consistently strong results across a large portfolio of clients or companies demonstrating strong strategic, creative and conceptual abilities.

- For Digital (Online) creative experience in HTML newsletters, Social media creatives, Responsive site design, app design (both Native ios and Android), catalog and other print mediums.

- Art direction and design experience in a creative agency or corporate environment.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem-solving skills and judgment.

- Advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

- Working knowledge of photography, video direction preferred.

Compensation : The compensation package will include 2 components :

- Equity Share (which should be the biggest motivation)

- Startup Salary (to cover your current expenses)

Company Profile : We are a Validation Stage startup in the daily commute technology space. Currently, we are running pilots for our key MVPs to find Product-Market Fit.
