Grapes Digital - Performance Marketing Professional (4-10 yrs)
Biddable Campaigning
- S/he will be responsible to create, manage and optimise biddable campaigns such as PPC, display and paid social.
- Manage Biddable Media team to ensure that effective management of designated search and biddable display campaigns occurs.
- Keep pace / up-to-date with all biddable media platforms like Programmetic, Search, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
- Take effective and proactive ownership of the end to end biddable project lifecycle
- Drive new business using Biddable and Search Media.
Performance Marketing
- Develop the paid media strategy for lead generation to achieve revenue and pipelin goals.
- Research new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing.
- Build a performance multi-channel approach to achieve client's business growth and revenue goals.
- Launch and optimize performance marketing campaigns across different platforms and channels (Paid Search, Display, Paid social and Affiliate Marketing)
- Maintain a data-first approach through continual experimentation and optimization to meet and exceed strong company goals (a/b testing, etc.)
- Gather and analyze appropriate research to provide sound and strategic consumer insight driven media recommendations together with the Digital Media Manager;
- Be proactive, have passion for improving client's business;
- Build trustworthy relationships internally, with agency partners and with clients and appropriately respond to client needs.
Client Management :
- Will be the Campaign Point-Of-Contact for clients
- Translate client requirements into campaign delivery briefs.
- Identify new trends and opportunities and suggest campaigns to clients accordingly
- Maintaining good relationship with partenrs/ vendors
- Ensure timely billing & payments.
Team Management :
- Should have the ability to effectively and efficiently manage a team
- Ensure minimal attrition
- Conduct regular meetings and ensure seamless execution
- Provide thorough training to the team members; mentor and guide them on regular basis
- Create strong back-ups within the department
Technical skills :
- Good knowledge of Ad exchanges, DSP- s, DMP- s, retargeting tools, ad-servers such as Double Click or Mediaplex and CRM tools.
- Amazon Marketing Service :
- Substantial experience running display with the help of various mediums such as GDN, MediaIQ, Adform, Quantcastetc, and paid promotions on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
- Deep understanding of web analytic tools i.e. Google Analytics
- Comprehensive understanding of programmatic and real-time bidding.
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of Bid Management Tools

- Budget management
- Ability to analyze data from search engines, analytics packages, and internal data and make actionable decisions and recommendations
