we are looking at will be for Customer Relationship Management where you can assuming 4 hrs of calling and revering on social media, so English writing and speaking skills should be good. As well she should be good in selling. The profile requires it to be girl only.

Customer relationship manager for online sales
- Talks to all customers updating on order status, getting feedback
- Once orders are shipped, tracks delivery details and escalates if late delivery
- Ensure +95% customer rating on Amazon, flipkart and other market places
- Reply to any customer emails / queries on any market place
- Manages website online chat function and helps users facing issues in placing orders
- Sales objective of cross - selling other products to happy customers
- Sales objective to people who leave their details online (no cold calling)
About 50% time this role will be in terms of talking to customers on phone and balance 50% being online
